Structural damage is repaired with the latest equipment and OEM parts, then refinished with computer color-matched, manufacturer-grade paint in our bake booth.

4

Collision repair questions, answered

Can I choose my own body shop, or do I have to use the one my insurance suggests?

In Idaho, the choice of repair shop is always yours. Your insurance company may suggest shops, but they cannot require you to use one. Tell your adjuster you're using Taylor Body Shop and we'll take it from there.

Do I need more than one estimate?

Usually not. Most insurance companies only need one estimate from the shop performing the repair. We'll prepare the estimate and send it to your carrier directly.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on the damage and parts availability. A bumper respray is days, major structural work can be weeks. Your written estimate includes a timeframe, and we keep you posted if anything changes. On-site rental cars help you keep moving in the meantime.

Will the paint match the rest of my car?

Yes. We match your factory color with a computer spectrometer and spray manufacturer-grade, eco-friendly paint, then bake it for a factory-like finish. Refinish work is covered by our written warranty.

Is the work guaranteed?

Every repair leaves with a written guarantee on workmanship and refinish. If something isn't right, bring it back.
